In 2021 Saskatchewan introduced The Labour Mobility and Fair Registration Practices Act. This legislation is similar to acts in place in all other Canadian jurisdictions and serves to ensure that minimum standards for the registration and licensing of all regulated health professions are similar across Canada to support labour mobility.
